What should I know before ordering Sonax (cleaning products)?

Stations will now personally hand over Welcome Packages to new team members — right on their first day. 🎉

  •  Keep items in stock
  • ✅ Hand over on Day One  

How often can I place an order?

  • Max. 2 orders per month for station equipment, except urgent orders (Foil, Damage, Extras)

 How to order?

  • via Intrashop
  • separate order for
    • Station
    • Foil
    • Damage / Sparepart

What to do if the delivery is broken/ wrong/missing?

  • Please contact
    • order@ for Foil & Station
    • sparepartorder@ for Damage
    • Include: Order number, article description, photo, copy of delivery bill

 What can I buy myself?

  • White goods (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher)
  • Lift truck (Required conditions: no gravel space, no steps into the warehouse, safe storage location available)
